Avoid Distractions

Ensure the call doesn't conflict with favorite TV shows, religious services, or regular naps.

2. Your Daily Workflow

Morning

Check for "All Clear": Look for the green status notification indicating the check-in was successful.

Afternoon

Weekly

Vacations & Visits

If you are visiting them or they are away, use the "Adjust Schedule" button to uncheck specific days or change the time.

Appointments

Notification Settings

Access your preferences in two ways from the Dashboard:

  • Command Center: Click the "Notification Settings" button in the right-hand sidebar.
  • Profile Menu: Click the "Profile" button in the header, then select "Notifications".

From here, you can enable/disable SMS alerts and choose which specific updates you want to receive (e.g., missed calls, successful check-ins, trend warnings).
